4. DESCRIPTION OF INITIATIVE / ACTIVITY
Due to the historical function of our center, we have our own kitchen that allows us to produce food not only for ourselves, but also for different schools in our city, Huesca. The policy of the company that runs the school canteen is to use local products. This way, it contributes both to the improvement of local economy and it also reduces emissions to the atmosphere avoiding food transportation.
